A technical task or abbreviated TS is a description by the customer of a particular task for the performer. In other words, a document that the artist is guided by when working.

The more detailed the TS is, the more convenient it is for the performer and the customer to work on the order - time and money are saved, and the result meets the customer's requirements as much as possible.

The TS can be in the form of correspondence or a separate document with wishes.

For example, the TS can state that the character's pose is left to the discretion of the artist, then you completely trust my vision and execution.

If, on the contrary, the pose is described in detail, then the image will repeat your description as accurately as possible.

A detailed TS also helps to avoid unnecessary edits.

You can only contact me via correspondence. This way, messages with requests and details will always be visible in the chat, which is very convenient for cooperation, clarifying moments and subtleties of work and drawing future illustrations.

The turnaround time for drawing an illustration depends on many factors, such as the time it takes to agree on the idea, sketches and final version, and the speed of responses to clarifying questions, without which I will not be able to continue working on the order.

The turnaround time also depends on the day of the week the order is made and the overall workload (is there a queue) at the time the order is placed.

The approved deadlines, in which I, as an artist, complete the agreed part of the work, are always met.

If you need to see not one option but several to decide, then you can order additional sketches or additional color versions.

An additional sketch or color version of a sticker or character costs from 30 $.

Yes, there is such a possibility. If you need a receipt, you can write about it before or after placing the order.

There are situations in which the customer finds it difficult to decide on a concept, idea or concept, but really wants stickers or a character.

When you purchase images from me, you receive the execution of the author's order and a perpetual license to use it for your own purposes.

Exclusive (copyright) rights to the images remain with me as the author and are transferred only in some cases by prior consent and for an additional fee.

Yes, I cooperate with both individuals and legal entities. You can contact me to clarify the details of such cooperation.

Orders are usually completed with 100% prepayment.

I always complete the work with maximum attention to detail and on time, a high level of trust and professionalism is very important to me. Therefore, I can guarantee on my part the fulfillment of all obligations under the agreed and paid order.

For your and my confidence, large orders are divided into separately paid stages. For example, when developing a character, you can first pay for the sketch, and after receiving and agreeing on it, pay for the second part of the work - the color sketch.

Thus, both you, as a customer, and I, as an artist, work in comfortable conditions and are confident in receiving the result and payment.

I do draw illustrations in the style of the works in the portfolio. However, you can always write to me in any convenient way and send an example of the desired style of sketching. Then I will be able to more accurately orient you, whether I am familiar with this style, and whether I can draw what you need :)

Edits are significant or minor changes to a sketch or finished work.

Let's look at a specific example:

TS: The customer's request was for a welcoming pose for the girl character, the plot - for her to wave to the viewer. Everything else is at the artist's discretion.

Minor edits after receiving the sketch: lower one eyebrow lower / move the gaze to the side / slightly lower the hand that is waving / draw longer nails / gather hair in a bun / make the waist a little thinner, etc.

Significant edits after receiving the sketch: change the girl's dress from a dress to a shirt with a jacket / turn the heroine not half sideways, but facing the viewer / keep the pose, but instead of the girl there is an older woman, etc.

Usually, minor edits can be made to the drawing of a sticker or character sketch. This means that at the sketch stage, you can slightly change the image, focusing on your personal vision and preferences.

However, any significant edits, or edits made to the pose after the character has been painted, will already cost more, since making changes in these cases will require returning to the sketch stage and drawing many parts or the entire character again.

The price calculator shows deadlines with a reserve, taking into account workload and unforeseen cases. As a rule, if there is no queue, orders are completed faster. You can always specify when ordering the approximate time of completion of your particular task at the appropriate time.

It is also possible to order an additional option "urgent order fulfillment", which, if possible, will reduce the execution time by half.

I will not be able to upload your sticker pack to TG myself. The author of the sticker pack (the one who uploads it) can delete it, add to it, and edit it. Therefore, the person who will be responsible for all these actions should upload the stickers.

Since I work with clients from different cities and countries, I can be in touch at any time. It depends on the schedule of each specific day. In any case, you can write to me at absolutely any time of the day.

Some illustrations are suitable for digital use, but may not be suitable for printing.
